Publishing
A. Publishing and marketing books and educational materials
JMA plans, selects and markets books and educational materials including videos on maternal and child health visiting counseling, audiovisual materials for puberty education and other health education/teaching aids.
JMA Journal published quarterly, Josanshi (Midwife)
Each issue of the quarterly JMA journal provides timely and original articles for midwives in the area of midwifery education, clinical practice and research.



Placement of Sukusuku Akachan Contribution Boxes
Monetary contributions by families who gave birth assisted by midwives are used for charitable purposes such as presenting needed equipment to child welfare facilities nationwide.



Requesting and petitioning
JMA makes requests and petitions the Ministry of Health, Law and Welfare, the Ministry of Education, culture, Sports and Technology and other relevant organizations for the provision of betterment of maternal and child health.
